The new COOLMAX® X4AIR functional fabric provides excellent wet air management function, which makes the wearer feel dry and comfortable all day.

LYCRA 's new filament fiber polyester series has enhanced the performance of COOLMAX® X4AIR functional fabric. The patented four-groove cross-section of the new polyester fiber can well make sweat absorption better. These innovative new products are used to produce high quality yarns for COOLMAX® X4AIR functional fabrics.

Every moment brings a sense of dryness.

The new product includes general X4AIR yarn, cationic dyed yarn and anti-bacterial yarn for COOLMAX® freshFX. It can be used to meet different requirements of fabrics.

All high-quality yarns used to manufacture COOLMAX® X4AIR functional fabrics are fully or semi-extinct, providing the following advantages for functional fabrics and garment manufacturers (Fig. 1):

By virtue of its new polymer technology, it can make the color bright and non-sticky after washing.

Good wet air management function. The patented cross section of the four grooves gives the new yarn excellent sweat absorption.

The better compression geometry of the cross section of the fibers ensures that the capillary flow of moisture along the fibers is not blocked by the interwoven fibers. 

It's superfine fibers. The fiber COOLMAX® X4AIR functional fabric has better handle.

Antimicrobial yarn - product 594TZ is also used to produce worry yarn of COOLMAX ®freshFX fabrics. Excellent anti-pilling performance. Because of the use of COOLMAX® qualified filament polyester fibers, the probability of pilling of new four-channel products is extremely low.

Because of the high coverage coefficient, the facial department is lighter. The new polyester fibers are a good choice for manufacturing COOLMAX® UPF anti-ultraviolet fabrics.
